Sebla 2008 senesinden beri yoga yapıyor ve 200 saatlik Yoga Alliance onaylı Yoga Hocalık Eğitimi’ni 2013 Nisan ayında Tayland’da Vikasa Yoga’da tamamladı. Her zaman spiritüelliğe olan ilgisini, Hatha Yoga pratiği ile birleştirerek, bu tutkusunu Birliğe dönüştürmeyi Vikasa Yoga’daki hocaları Konstantin Miachin ve George Anthony’den öğrendi. Sağlıklı bir yaşama doğru fiziksel uygulamalar, doğru nefes, iyi bir beslenme ve meditatif bir zihinle ulaşılabileceğine inanıyor. Bir yoga öğrencisi olarak 2008’den beri birçok hocanın farklı yoga stillerinde derslere katıldı. Hayali yoga öğretmek, kendi pratiğini derinleştirmek, yoga hakkında daha fazla öğrenmek ve yogayı dünyanın her yerinden insanlarla paylaşmak.
