Change management for me is about being aware of the way people in an organisation give meaning to the change. I am experienced in consulting managementteams, or individual managers. I accompany organisations in developing their strategy in such a way that it becomes or stays alive among both the employers and employees. I also developed different trainings for different groups, from archive workers up to top management.
