My entire life I have been surrounded by the automotive industry. My father owns Midas Auto Service and Tires and has always been passionate about cars and taking care of his customers. I never got it. I was completely in the dark until I asked “What's so special about your job?" He responded “Attaining our goals as a team and seeing customers happy”. It wasn’t until this past year I got to experience this.For my first introductory job to business management, I was recruited by Midas Auto Service & Tires as an Assistant Store Manager. Ever since, I have been driven to attain our sales objectives, increase productivity, and maintain high customer satisfaction rates. There is no better feeling than a customer showing genuine appreciation for the service you have provided them. My associates would describe me as team-oriented, encouraging, and resilient. My passion for business management currently has me pursuing my B.B.A degree at the University of North Texas, with a specialization in real estate sales, marketing and sales, office management, and public relations. I have been very fortunate to be provided by a various of resources and I look forward to utilizing these tools to help me grow as an individual and apply my skills to benefit a company. I am excited to find an internship in which I can expand my knowledge and progressively grow in this field of business management.
