4 rotations, 3 brands, 2 years.1. flybuys - Digital Marketing: Worked across multiple digital channels to support the marketing efforts of Australia's favourite loyalty program. Key acheivements include managing and designing our first paid social campaign to support the flybuys Travel launch, helping manage search campaigns, independently coordinating a major internal event including creative, leading the creative development for a number of eDM campaigns, web analytics reporting and providing assistance with UAT and UX design for a number of digital assets.2. Coles Financial Services - Marketing Analytics:My first experience in the analytics space, where I developed skills in SQL and data analysis. My primary project was an end to end build of a reporting and dashboard suite to support the product and marketing teams decision making for acquisition campaigns. Through this project, I advocated for a data driven approach to eDM targeting and offer selection, introducing concepts of experimental design and basic statistical testing to stakeholders. I also conducted ad hoc analysis to service these teams needs for in depth insights, assisted with QA for eDM campaign build scripts, and implemented agile practices such as daily huddles and Kanban boards. 3. Coles - Advanced Analytics: I worked as the coordinator and enabler for a major data science project which cut across multiple business units (IT, Merchandise, Finance and Marketing). Along with understanding and translating the work of a technical and high impact team within the business, this project has required me to develop a strong understanding of our core business, to persuade and influence, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, to be extremely efficient and organised, display strong leadership skills among my team and to drive for results.4. Coles - Office of the CIO (Emerging Technologies): My final rotation was in the team I rolled off into, since rebranded Lab288.

In this role I was working with the Marketing and Channel Development team for FirstWrap, a comprehensive platform that allows financial advisers to manage the investments of clients with complex needs. In my role I have produced many client facing and internal communications, produced and assisted with the production of a number of performance and market/competitor analysis reports, and represented marketing and the 'voice of the customer' in a number of cross functional project and working groups.This opportunity has allowed me to gain valuable exposure to B2B marketing, retail and wholesale financial services, agile development, product management, stakeholder relations, channel development, digital marketing, content marketing, administration and process management and electronic direct mail.The two greatest things I have taken from my experience at CFS are the additional benefits a product provider can add through value adding services and insight into how to best collaborate across a large organisation.

Carried out a range of copywriting, research, planning and other communications work for this Victorian mental health NGO.My major project was the creation of a fundraising strategy and kit designed to facilitate school-based initiatives on behalf of EDV.I also played a role in the research, requirements gathering and planning for a government-sponsored mobile app, which serves to provide GP's with important information about eating disorders to help them recognize warning signs and streamline referral pathways.Throughout my time I gained insight into the variety and nature of eating disorders and the people they affect, as well as the complex interplay of media, society and personal wellbeing. Working in this space presented a number of communication challenges, balancing the need to educate and advocate while avoiding triggering language.
