Car brokerage and consignment sales

My role at Flight Centre was in VIP Sales in the retail space, working out of head office in Brisbane. I had ambitious sales targets above ordinary retail consultants, and personally sold over $1m of travel in 2019. This also involved managing high-spend travel accounts, and assisting with the development of new consultants.

I was part of an initial team of 6 in launching the UberEATS business in Brisbane and assisting with the launch of subsequent Australian and New Zealand cities. My role was largely as an Account Manager and Ops Analyst, with some focus on project management geared towards business improvement.

Lending sales & service. Servicing lending customers and cross-selling insurance, superannuation, wealth management products in a high-volume contact-centre environment. The main focus was delivering exceptional customer experiences, with regulatory compliance also being essential.

In this role I was in charge of overseeing the outbound marketing team to achieve sales targets at a small mortgage broking company. Motivating the team, co-ordinating marketing leads and managing handover to sales consultants was the main focus.
