• Carry out sales audits on the Sales Representatives through visiting their outlets in areas assigned to me. • Identify any Red Flags and report them. • Identify if there is Nile Breweries Limited product availability, Nile Breweries Limited Visibility and Price Compliance of Nile Breweries Limited products in all Outlets I visited. • Identify and report anything that can add value to Nile Breweries Limited most especially in the Sales and Distribution Department.

• Carry out a mapping survey of all Alcohol and soft drinks Outlets in areas assigned. • Capturing the GPS Coordinates of all the Alcohol and Soft drinks points in the areas I was assigned. • Capturing and entering relevant information of all major Alcohol and Soft drinks points in the areas assigned. • Carrying out penetration tests for all Alcohol and soft drinks Outlets in areas assigned. • Submitting accurate and timely status reports.

• Receiving Letters of undertaking from the daily sales of the corporate team and proper filing of the same for the different products • Converting these to the correct soft copy format to ensure that they are sent for activation through the Corporate manager • Keeping soft copy& hard copy files of the sales per company and owners of the different lines. • Advising Corporate customers on e-mail or appropriate communication method the status of their activations • Preparing and updating the corporate team Daily sales tracker which includes a record of the companies visited daily. • Keeping a full record of the corporate sales team customers. • Drafting and sending basic product proposals to SME customers as requested by the corporate manager or National Corporate sales manager. • Issuing stock to the SME team as per set process. • Ensuring that the corporate sales office has necessary promotional Items, in liaison with the sales Administrator • Picking stock from the Warehouse after liaising with the SME team on requirements plus Sales Administrator. • Provisioning lines for corporate sales team.
