Co-Founder & Technical Director. Responsible for software, architecture, scale and technology strategy. Primary duties include software development across Quixo Facto's portfolio of web and mobile applications, overseeing infrastructure operations and providing technology vision for the business.

Prior to co-founding Quixo Facto, I worked at Yahoo! Inc. for 7 years (in Australia), during which time I held a number of different positions. Most recently I was the head of Social, Mobile and Search platforms, where I was responsible for the delivery and operation of the platforms and applications associated with this portfolio. In addition to leading in-house and offshore product and engineering teams, this involved working closely with thought leaders from marketing, design, production, engineering, sales and editorial in the US and AU to develop and operate a technology strategy that would both drive and support Yahoo!s considerable growth in the region.Notable highlights from this period include launching Fango, Australia's first Social TV app (iPhone/iPad/Android); leading the mobile-focused overhaul to Yahoo!7's operational infrastructure; leveraging Yahoo! US's Facebook partnership to launch Social Bar across AU and NZ media properties.Before heading up Social, Mobile & Seach Platforms, I held positions as Solutions Architect for Yahoo!7's Innovation department, Project Lead for IPTV, Regional Search Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. The bulk of this time was spent working in the Search and Location space, with a number of overlapping, multi-year projects on core Web Search, Maps and Local Search. This period also included working in both Engineering and Technical BD capacities across a number of strategic partnerships with businesses such as Telecom NZ, Yellow Pages (both AU & NZ), TrueLocal (News Corp), eBay (US) and Vivid Wireless.

I worked at AOL Australia for 5 years, in roles including Software Development and Operations. Notable highlights from this time included developing and operating the internal fault tracking system; developing the broadband (ADSL) customer registration system; and pioneering many of the support procedures and vendor relationships upon AOL's initial foray into consumer-grade ADSL.
