About Sebastian Weber
I am sport scientist and coach in professional sports that has a background in molecular human biology and modeling of metabolism and adaptation. In the past 10 years I have helped multiple athletes, primarily professional cyclist to reach the highest goals of their sport.The main background of my work origins in a great understanding of the muscular energy metabolism and modeling this as a function of the power output in training and compeition.Im 2006 have founded the STAPS human performance lab in germany, which puts modeling of energy metabolism into practical application and has grown to the biggest provider for lab testing of human performance and online coaching.During my time working in professional cycling and triathlon, I was able to gain a lot of experience in aerodynamic testing of athletes position on the bike and equipment.
