Responsibilities: - Drive partner retention strategies to mitigate attrition risks and maintain current book of business while driving partner satisfaction - Develop tactical account plans to maintain and grow the revenue by aligning Multiview products and services to support the partners’ short- and long-term goals - Develop long-lasting, trusted relationships with strategic players to position Multiview as the Partner’s strategic advisor - Be the liaison for the Partnership Sales Reps for all new business, including, but not limited to assisting in sales pitches, writing contracts, and preparing presentations/one-pagers- Manage all development processes for new business - Manage the partner success team, educating them on best practices and encouraging them to hit revenue targets, quarterly goals, and more.- Review and edit all content being published on behalf of Partnerships team- Be the point of contract for both external and internal teams, providing clear and concise status updates; Serve as a point of escalation for partner issues- Represent the voice of the partner within Multiview, ensuring that the partner needs are heard, and requirements integrated into the Multiview processes; Represent the voice of Multiview within book of business- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, brainstorm ideas, and assist with partners’ goals and initiatives even if it is not related to Multiview- General sales support, training, and onboarding of partners including product/service demos- Collect and document required information from partners; accurately maintain partner data in CRM

Function as primary operational contact to assigned partners- General sales support, training, and onboarding of partners including product/service demos- Work with assigned partners to have monthly and quarterly business reviews, and develop a forecast- Drive partner retention strategies to mitigate attrition risks and maintain current book of business while driving partner satisfaction - Develop tactical account plans to maintain and grow the revenue by aligning Multiview products and services to support the partners’ short- and long-term goals - Develop long-lasting, trusted relationships with strategic players to position Multiview as the Partner’s strategic advisor - Obtain opportunities for improvement and effecting change within Multiview departments- Navigate internal teams on the partner’s behalf and garner support of internal teams to act in the partner’s best interest - Facilitate forward-thinking for competitive renewal conversations; solidify mature partnerships - Collect and document required information from partners; accurately maintain partner data in CRM- Represent the voice of the partner within Multiview, ensuring that the partner needs completed, and requirements integrated into the Multiview processes- Represent the voice of Multiview within book of business, ensuring that Multiview’s assets are knowledgeable to the partner- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, brainstorm ideas, and assist with partners’ goals and initiatives even if not related to Multiview
