    As the Director of Infrastructure Solutions, I am responsible for setting the vision and direction for five global teams. The first two teams are our global technical presales teams comprised of Managed Services presales and Third Party Maintenance presales. I am also responsible for our global product teams, which are responsible for new third party maintenance offerings and new managed infrastructure services offerings. These teams are also responsible for evaluating, modifying, and improving existing solutions and offerings. The last team I am currently responsible is our US based cloud infrastructure team. This team manages, implements, and supports our two US cloud datacenters that provide services such as; IaaS, BaaS, and DRaaS to our customers.
