Prepare financial and economic models to assist clients in determining intercompany prices of loans, intangible properties, products, or services. Specific responsibilities include: -- Provide strategic planning and risk management advice to the executive team for management, tax planning, and financial reporting purposes. -- Conduct valuation of intangible properties and cost sharing analyses using various quantitative models. Develop different transactional structures and payment terms associated with the migration of intangible properties across countries or business entities. -- Perform valuation analyses of intercompany debt securities. For intercompany services and products, perform extensive industry and company research to identify comparable companies or similar transactions by applying profit or market value based approach. -- Provide technical review and guidance on ASC 740 projects.-- Assist with IRS audit defense.
