As a Java Backend Developer, I played a pivotal role in a Spring Boot-based project aimed at customer experience for Bouygues Telecom. This project was a customer scoring initiative, focused on evaluating customer performance and behavior. My work primarily involved designing and developing two critical microservices: Whitelist and Lottery-Teller. The Whitelist microservice underwent comprehensive shaping, with me overseeing its architecture and ensuring seamless integration. It aimed to efficiently manage privileged customers to optimize customer service operations. Similarly, the Lottery-Teller microservice, designed meticulously by me, aimed to enhance customer experiences by allowing select customers to bypass traditional scoring processes. Beyond these contributions, I enhanced the overall microservices ecosystem, making the project more efficient and customer-centric, aligning with Bouygues Telecom's goal of unique customer experiences.I excelled in DevOps, efficiently managing CI/CD processes for Spring Boot microservices. I Dockerized services for streamlined deployment and utilized Jenkins for secure and rapid application delivery. Within Kubernetes, I closely monitored microservices using Argo for reliability. I introduced distributed tracing with Zipkin's custom library for efficient error tracing during pod failures. My expertise in CI/CD concepts, combined with hands-on experience in Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and distributed tracing systems, significantly contributed to project success, highlighting my valuable DevOps skills.I played a key role in upgrading Turk Telekom's microservices from version 11g to 12c, gaining valuable OSB (Oracle Service Bus) development experience. Rigorous testing of OSB microservices was performed in Oracle and Turk Telekom test environments. I developed an SSL Certificate Tracker Tool in Spring Boot for Etiya Order Management, automating certificate monitoring and sending email alerts within 30 days of expiration.
