Provided leadership in the development and delivery of the business plan for the entity's organizational transformation and vision for change. Played a key role in defining the organization's structure and delivery model, including defining the governance strategy, fundraising and marketing approaches, organizational development, public engagement and journey towards transitioning into a new entity.

Member of the country senior management team; responsible in leading the country in securing the resources required to implement the organization's Country Strategic Plan (CSP). The function includes (1) supporting the growth of grants/financial resources by maximizing opportunities within and outside the country, in collaboration with the appropriate teams in the country of operations and overseas; (2) harnessing and managing relationships with donors, local missions, corporate foundations and; (3) ensuring compliance for both financial and operational requirements (including reporting) of grants.In addition, the position ensures that the development and execution of agreements and contracts relating to grant funded programs/projects are consistent with donor contracts and donor requirements.
