Client Manager, Fabrick
Current- Collecting business requirements from customers and supporting the definition of new use cases, managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.- Supporting new customers through the initial configuration process and providing them with support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitating communication with the product team.- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, collecting feedback to address any issues and improve service.- Management of daily business and technical meetings with customers, engaging internal stakeholders and maintaining close contact with the sales team to identify pre-sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.- Skills in project management, public relations and English to develop documentation to support customers and internal management meetings.
