In my role as Chief Information Security Officer at FullSave, I was in charge with the governance, deployment and operational management of the security of a fast-growing Cloud, Telecom and Data center operator (from 4 to 80 employees).In this capacity, my actions covered the management, conception, implementation, and audit of security, for the operator infrastructure as well as its clients, from the deployment industrialization and instrumentations of the systems, the definition of suitable technical standards for cryptography, system deployment and network segmentation, to the definition of ever bigger architectures, system and network administration of operator infrastructures and customer platforms.I managed and maintained an ISO 27001 certified Information Security Information Security Management System (ISMS) for collocation service. In this context, I had to undertake :- the drafting and implementation of security policies, guidelines and processes- the conduct of IT risk assessment analysis- the management of ISMS committees- the definition and execution of the Internal technical audit program- the security sensitivity training programI also had to define, implement and manage the operation of the physical and IT security of a datacenter and adjoining office space from the conception to operation: access control, intruder alarms, video protection.My duties also implied the management of an operational security Purple team in charge of infrastructure protection and supervision as well as security processes : vulnerability watch and scan, firewall and IAM assets managements and incident response.In the last months, I was focused on harmonization of the security processes within the group merging entities.
