Responsible for 11 SMP plants situated within the European Union, with the following responsibilities outlined below:• Manage the organization-wide ESG efforts concerning regulatory reporting, particularly focusing on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)• Direct the creation and execution of international processes and controls to guarantee compliance with reporting requirements• Engage with stakeholders to improve sustainability performance and promote transparency in ESG disclosures throughout the organization• Oversee the comprehensive CSRD reporting process across the organization, ensuring compliance with CSRD standards• Establish and execute controls to guarantee future compliance within group-wide operations• Engage with stakeholders to improve sustainability performance and promote transparency in ESG disclosures throughout the organization• Provide insights and analyses to senior leadership regarding ESG performance and relevant regulatory changes• Drive continuous improvement in ESG data quality and reporting processes
