 Responsibility for the Logistics liaison with other departments to ensure the customer requirements are fully meet with regard to delivery, quality and cost effectiveness. Analysis customer orders by direct contact with customers.( Ford, Daimler,Opel,VW Group,BMW,T1 and MAHLE Aftermarket) Responsible for the production information regarding Customer delivery performance,  Supplier Delivery Performance, Raw Material Shortages, Stoppage Time, Transport Costs, Inventory Turns and any other information related to Logistics environment. Responsible for effective functioning of Goods Inwards warehouses, including stock control, personnel development, training, etc. Customer portals usage and updates for OE and OES’s.(FORD,GM,VW,BMW) Preparing Freight and Packaging offers for new projects.Eddl disputes weekly for Ford Otosan. Logistics Key User of relocation projects of MAHLE.(Including about 400 new parts and more than 20 new customers in Europe and USA).Responsible for all master data,freight and packaging costs. Responsible of monthly and yearly Stock Count in Plant.Organisation of counting team,leading count,recording of differences in System. Support of Train Implementation.(System of production feeding from WH and finished goods shipment from Shipment area. Empties management for FORD GM and Daimler. SAP WM Key User and SD-MM User. Regional data analysis maintaining and reporting for purchasing/Logistics activity / cost of procurement and freight. Resolve issues around pricing/quantity discrepancies on shipped parts. Raising the sales invoices and providing the needed certificates to the dealers. Define and measure supply chain related KPI`s (e.g. On Time in Full, Days on Hand, Stock Level, Slow Movers),Customer Delivery Performance on site and take actions for improvement

 Recording orders of VW Group including Skoda, Seat and Porsche and Daimler in System. Organizing weekly shipments of Series, Aftersales, and Pre-series Parts via air, sea or road. Controlling changed orders and contacting with customers in case of any capacity problems and reaching agreement on what should be done. Managing of VW returnable containers (Handling, Ordering, invoicing process) via VW Portal. Controlling Monthly Run-out Parts -slow moving parts and take required actions in order to prevent any obsolescence raw materials by contacting with Purchasing and Production Planning Department. Preparing Freight and Packaging offers for new projects Following and updating customer portals and inform the relevant departments about changes. Investigating the reasons of all logistics debits by contacting with customers. Implementing of new nominated customer’s logistics requests by contacting IT departments such as Label Standard, ASN and EDI Connection. Participate in the project review meetings. Provide the correct and regular communication between management and other departments.

 Following up all overdue invoices solving the reasons behind. Recording debit notes in System and distribute them to related departments. Analyzing price differences and preparing monthly reports to top management. Daily and monthly cash management and operations  Daily bank operations.
