As the General Coordinator of Yalaz Boya, managing all activities within the production process including scheduling, risk management and maintenance. Analyzing budgets and continuously controlling the production costs while creating and implementing organizational and production wise changes on an operative level. Focusing on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to products and production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories. Actively preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. Maintaining project plans by capturing task updates such as progress and completion dates, updating resources, updating work segment plans, or performing other directed updates. Working with team members to create a project timeline, set goals and determine what elements are needed to complete the project. Creating and maintaining project management calendars and analyzing risks and opportunities and also developing ways to achieve profit goals.
