At Sales&Marketing Excellence Departmant, responsible to;•Measuring Sales Representatives’ performance according to Electronic Data Management System reports.• Analyzing all sales effectiveness and visit efficiency reports and share with the related departments.• Organizing and coordinating trainings for the correct and efficient use of CRM systems.• Following up the CRM systems under the responsibility of Sales Force Effectiveness team, making necessary updates & requirements in case of necessity.• Preparing periodical market analysis reports for senior management. • Supporting sales reporting process.• Following up of market definitions.• Supporting to the geographical optimization and territory aligment processes for sales teams.• Project management and establishing structure workings in coordination with IT Team
