• Use and maintain current demand planning systems to create the best forecast possible using established processes. Utilizing the statistical feed in the system from their demand support hub.• Collect and analyze past/future demand inputs from sales and marketing and calculate their impacts on demand.• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Finance for advertising and promotional activities – time period, expected market penetration, reaction and evaluate against performance from similar historical activities.• Ensure demand forecast is shared in level of detail and timing required by internal customers and supply chain partners with documented assumptions. Also communicating forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities.• Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales (field sales, corporate sales managers and directors), and finance to address input gaps as identified by forecast error/bias review & root cause analysis.• Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.

Turkey, North Africa, Caucasus & Northern Cyprus• Building the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthlydemand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.• Providing accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demandforecasting.• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting as per the regional guidelines.• Supporting Demand Planning Manager to manage forecasting process andimproving forecasting accuracy.• Exhibiting leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders throughbehaviors and attitudes which are in line with the guiding principles.• Extracting sales data from relevant sources and report and maintaining anaccurate and updating sales information.• Tracking actual sales performance against forecast, providing analysis andrecommendations to Manager for remedial action.• Following up on forecasting with Supply Chain Team to ensure proper stockmanagement and highlight issues that trigger corrective action.• Identifying and proposing improvement opportunities in current process toenhance the effectiveness of the demand planning process within theorganization.• Continuously striving to improve current tools and methodologies to improveforecasting accuracy.• Building and maintaining good working relationships within department andintra-department to supporting implementation and smooth execution ofdemand forecasting within the S&OP process.

• Determining and analyzing the efficient and effective way of field dynamics based on company’s strategy.• Following the new way of marketing strategies from other FMCG companies and adapting to the Company.• Planning and reporting field activities and projects to increase sales volume and coordinating nationwide launches.• Finding visual solutions to increase product awareness and executing in the field.• Preparing, following and reporting Business Development budget with the collaboration of Finance department.• Developing loyalty programs for retailers and consumers and its deploying in the field (BirLig, Kazananlar Dünyası, etc.)• Implementing the launches and loyalty programs through 3rd parties; such as global advertising agency and event agencies.• Working with global advertising agency and Brand Marketing team to design, print and deliver all launch materials.

• Updating and revising factory order preparation. • Generating future sales forecasts, consolidating demands/comments and activity plans from other TM&D functions in addition to Brand Management.• Planning factory shipments, placing factory orders.• Creating necessary transactions in SAP for factory orders and returns to factory.• Supporting regions in planning their shipments and warehouse operations.• Preparing and following Secondary Supply Chain annual budget with the collaboration of Finance department.
