External Talent Attraction & Internal Mobility:• Oversaw external talent acquisition and internal staffing at the global level for Infrastructure, Finance & Institutions, Sustainable Development, Human Development, Digital, Communications, Developmental Economics, and OPS VPUs and managing Directors’ and WBG President’s Office. (Around 700 requisitions/FY and 3K staff).• Managed internal mobility for executive levels; GH Manager Batch Recruitment/Rotations. • Lead recruiter for developing the WB’s first pipeline for critical roles addressing diversity. Created a methodology and tool in partnership with other recruiters, business, and HR colleagues.• Handled executive recruitments solely as well as partnering with external search firms.• Sourced talents for difficult-to-fill roles across all levels globally, and represented WBG in outreach events.Recruitment Policy & Guidelines: • Advised on complex recruitment policy issues, offering guidance to clients, HR Managers, and CS partners.• Guided Recruitment Support Teams, and coordinated with CS partners on end-to-end recruitment.• Negotiated difficult salary conversations with candidates in partnership with hiring managers/directors.Corporate Projects:• Refined recruitment policies and procedures for simplicity and better experiences, actively engaging with clients and CS partners/managers to evaluate and respond to feedback.• Developed WB's Recruitment Dashboard, enabling the team to leverage analytics and insights.
