• Reporting to CEO and Chairman of the Board,• Member of Executive Committee,• Directing Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Purchasing departments of the companies located in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania and European countries,• Prepare annual and monthly cash flow plans of the company and execution of relations with financial institutions,• Collaboration with external audit firms for IFRS, CIT and VAT reports,• Leading a global team of 96 (6 senior managers and 4 managers directly report).

• Reporting to CEO,• Member of Executive Committee.• Directing Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Purchasing departments of the companies located in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania and Georgia,• Leading a global team of 78 (7 managers directly report),• Leading managerial projects for the company such as “Global Operation and Organization Model Design“, “Strategy Workshop“, “Strategic Planning Workshop”, etc.

• Reporting to GM and Chairman of the Board,• Directing Finance, Budget & Reporting, Accounting, IT, Purchasing, Import & Export Operations and Warehouse (Supply Chain Management) departments of the company (30.000 sales points),• Establishing budget department and implementing cost accounting process and reporting systems accordingly,• Establishing Warehouse Management Systems.

• Directing Finance, Budget & Reporting, Accounting, Purchasing departments of the companies located in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Bulgaria and Germany,• Compiling and analyzing operating and performance reports (inventory, payables and receivables, retail finance KPI measurement)• Preparation of seasonal and financial year budgets for supply and sales (retail, franchisee, e-commerce and export)• Managing financial risk management,• Managing the MS Axapta implementation process,• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data to Board of Directors,• Developing and implementing financial systems,• Member of Executive Committee,• Leading a team of 42 in Turkey (5 managers and 37 team members) and 2 directors in Russia and Ukraine.

• Managing consolidated reports of group companies and ensuring accurate & timely reporting of financial data to Executive Board.• Organizing budget preparations for the group companies,• Building strategic business and operational plans for short, mid and long term periods,• Setting up reporting system for internal management information (implementation of Hyperion Planning System)• Streamlining and improving Sales, Trade Marketing, Pricing, Distribution, Supply Chain processes with related department heads,• Collaboration with Audit firms for IFRS reports.

• Developing and directing the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects and IT systems, Participating with the top management team in defining the strategic direction and developing the objectives, strategies and performance standards of the Company.For the CIS, Middle East & North Africa Area; • Budget planning, follow up & reporting, • Managing pricing for the products, • P&L report for export countries, • Cash Flow Management and make a financial analysis, • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to GM and Executive Board. • Managing Turquality Project (Business and Brand Management and the quality of institutional Program) in the group companies.
