As a manager focused on client service and operations for C.H. Dean, a boutique wealth management firm, I’m focused on ensuring the firm’s new clients enjoy a smooth onboarding process and that day-to-day requests from existing clients are seamlessly executed.In my role, I help facilitate a streamlined set up of new accounts in the firm’s reporting and recordkeeping systems. I also support various ongoing client requests.What I enjoy most about my role is the Dean culture. The firm fosters an environment to build positive relationships with the internal team as well as business partners, all for the benefit of the client.I’m a big fan of outdoor activities, so when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking or gardening.
