Alongside that, I established close collaboration with academic partners to deliver high-quality training sessions with the aim to improve employee performance.Based on my progressive industry-related experience, I performed extensive research on regional connectivity to identify potential gaps and issues that would affect the flow of trade and transit between Afghanistan and the region.I also took the liberty and devised and implemented a strategic plan for strengthening regional political and economic cooperation.
