-To acquire how to design the assembly line for each project (VW Neo, Skoda Karoq, Ford B460, Mercedes C190 ... etc.) in agreement with customer special requests.-To learn how to create the PPAP documentation(Flow-Charts, Layout design, Tolerance(Gap&Flush) Studies, PFMEA, MSA studies, Capability & Efficiency Studies, ...etc.) for each project.-To gain all merge processes from injection to final part which are Screwing, Manuel Assemblies, Welding, Milling & Drilling .. etc., and quality checking processes which are End Of Line(EOL Lighting & Current Test) Inline Test, Photometry Test, Visual Control.-To learn how to design the assembly fixture and station in line with the customer-specific requirements and prepare a proposal and takecost proposals from suppliers.-To improve how to integrate the assembly merge and quality stations to the assembly line and assign codes to the PLC of the station foreach project via Siemens PLC, TIA Portal.
