I am also involved in every aspect of the business, from product design to supply chain management, to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.My role extends to driving business growth, guiding the team, and ensuring Alpiner’s commitment to making hill farming easier, safer, and more efficient. My passion lies in providing innovative products that solve real problems for farmers and support the sustainability of mountain agriculture.

As an Advanced Project Manager, I started with the headlamp project for the Lamborghini Revuelto. I led customer negotiations, change management, cost tracking, and coordination of development & industrialization teams to ensure customer requirements and stakeholder KPIs. At the same time, I was also fully responsible for the acquisition of another Lamborghini sports car, the Temerario, which resulted in a successful nomination letter for HELLA.In addition to these two high-profile projects, I supported other project managers by helping them tackle their starting challenges in the most efficient and lean way possible.I then took on the management of a €700M Total Turnover (TTO) acquisition bundle, which included multiple projects for several vehicles for a non-EU OEM. By maintaining a strong customer focus and quickly adapting technological concepts to meet customer cost targets, we successfully secured the entire bundle of projects. Once the nomination was confirmed, I took charge of leading the primary project within the bundle, overseeing numerous FOIK applications and coordinating efforts across five global teams (modules, ECUs, software).

I'm responsible for complate additive manufacturing production, from design optimisation to final post processing. I also help to the engineers from the development department in Kolektor Group to optimize part's designs for production.

In Kolektor iDRIUM I was working on research and development projects for Kolektor Group. I was responsible for designing industrial cells, cooling system aplications, clamping systems for CMM measurement machines. For all the above mentioned projects I was responsible by myself, I prepared a design, which was optimal for manufacturing, I also produced a complete documentation and obtained the bids for ordering of components.In all designs I used the knowledge from the tool shop production, because in my opinion this is the key for optimizing parts for manufacturing and reducing production costs.

I worked with CNC milling and turning machines on OSP, Siemens and Heidenhain controllers. I was programming in the Hypermill CAM program from 2D up to 5 axis simultaneous operations. I gained a lot of experience in manufacturing parts for injection molding and stamping tools.

At the company A-cam Inženiring I was responsible for assistance in conducting Mastercam courses (turning, milling 2D, 3D, multiaxis), I was helping other users through Teamviewer and did installations and setups of Mastercam. I was also assisting on the fieldwork.

At the company ALMAT I was liable for CAM programming of multiple turret and multi-spindle CNC lathes with Y axis, optimization of machined milling processes. I was setting the machining parameters and was doing the operator's work on multiple turret and multi-spindle CNC lathes.
