I am a person with technical background, passionate about technology, loving sport and planes as my hobby. Currently, I lead the Space and Defence Unit and managing several cross-functional teams in a dynamic company with projects for Large System Integrators (LSI) and the European Space Agency (ESA). The projects that I am directly or indirectly leading belong to the most prominent space missions in Europe. In addition to that, I am successfully managing the preparation of the financial, project, and technical documentation for various tenders and directly negotiating setup of consortia for the projects together with business case creation, estimation of effort (man-hours, personnel), and active communication with the national agencies. My direct footprint can be found e.g. in missions as Biomass, MetOp-SG 3MI.The experience combined with the capability of using the various technical tools and with the skills gained from the analytic domain enables me to quickly get insight and grasp control of processes, agendas and manage them towards the appointed targets.During my whole career, I have been participating in many projects, from military, R&D for public administration in the Czech Republic, to onboard SW development for satellites. Additionally, I cooperated with the Czech Technical University and the Technical University of Ostrava on telecommunication projects using High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure. Working abroad boosted not only my technical skillset but also my organizational and communication competency. I was deputy chief of the National Intelligence Support Team at Shank Airbase, Afghanistan. At Space Systems Finland headquarters in Finland, I led validation on the MetOp-SG 3MI project, and at Airbus Defence and Space premises in Toulouse, France, I was responsible for validation of Central Software (CSW) criticality level B. I hold a doctoral degree (PhD.) in Telecommunication Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, at Czech Technical University in Prague and being certified SCRUM Master and IT service manager at ITIL4 Foundation level
