 Coordinated all aspects of program planning (pre-planning – YMCA relations and contracting, vendor relations, on-site execution and post event wrap-up.)  Responsible for the development of relationships with schools and other external partners. Managed budget for all athletic programs. Planned and managed the athletic calendar for all leagues and sporting events. Recruited and maintained consistent communication with 200 players, 12 coaches, and officiating staff. Executed all registration activities including the collection of fees, distribution of uniforms and equipment, and formation of team rosters. Developed and implemented policy and procedures manual for all participants in the league, ensuring that record keeping and reporting systems are maintained in an up to date and accurate manner, and consistent with league regulations.  Developed and executed marketing strategy for league games and tournaments resulting in attendance of 2000+ people at large events. Utilized objectivity in resolving disputes among players, teams, and officials.

 Assisted parents with finding services and resources in their area. This was done by providing options and referrals to various resources and community agencies to support parents. Interacted and cared effectively for the needs of two-to five-year-old children, including in health, hygiene and safety. Assisted with children’s sports activities. Fostered relationships with children and parents in order build a strong community environment. Managed and supervised a team of three childcare professionals in both the Toddler and Nursery Rooms. Provided high quality and community-connected childcare that promotes children’s development and learning for the education and care of children for babies to pre-schoolers (6 weeks to 5 years.) Executed the Emergent Curriculum & Bright from the Start programs.
