I am a hybrid professional, calling myself a social catalyser. I'm a choreographer (literal and within organisations), consultant, educator and original creator. I design values-led, people-centric approaches to business improvement, through a neuroinclusive lens. Making organisations and individuals better at what they do. I bravely challenge social norms. I find the lack of putting people in the centre of organisational change bizarre and perplexing, especially when it comes to neurodivergence. After a couple of decades working for charities specialising in change delivery from a people-centric perspective, undertaking loads of knowledge cramming and education around neurodivergence, and running my own small businesses, I have decided to put my knowledge and energy into my own consultancy.
