Commenced my role within Aliro as the second full time employee, initially responsible for financial models, due diligence and transaction management.During the initial years, acquired significant industrial land banks across the eastern seaboard with a value on completion of c. $1.7bn and the first 7 industrial assets totalling c. $600m to support rapid business growth and development.My role requires me to frequently collaborate with other business units including finance, asset management, development and transactions in management of the fund. I am responsible for:- growing and fostering investor relationships;- raising capital and reforecasting returns for investors;- managing investor call notices and forecasts;- managing and sourcing new debt facilities, monitoring covenants, syndication and hedging;- appointing valuers and reviewing valuations;- quarterly reporting and writing the annual strategic business plan for the fund and its assets; and- monitoring the fund's larger development projects financials.
