Current- To review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions. Creating detailed job descriptions, determining the necessary qualifications and skills, and developing a recruitment strategy.- To use various methods to find potential candidates, such as job platform, social media, professional networks, employee referrals or attend career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process for hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
