About See Chow You

I’m See Chow You, a 2021 Child Psychology & Early Education Graduate. I am currently working at E-Bridge Preschool as a Preschool Educator. As a creative individual, I aim to find ways to make the process of learning more enjoyable for myself and others. I adore working with children as it allows me to be part of their creative and imaginative world while being able to help nurture them into independent and critical learners. I have gained the relevant skills and knowledge regarding Early Childhood. Through my practicums at Mulberry Learning Childcare, Star Leaners Preschool and my 6-month internship at MOE Kindergarten, I successfully applied my early childhood knowledge through carrying out daily routines, planning and implementing lessons. My strength is Arts and Craft as I am able to create visually appealing and meaningful learning resources and teaching aids. Through such resources, this engages children better during lesson time. It is also enjoyable for the children as they are given the opportunity to use the resources to help reinforce their existing knowledge. “Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning”, I always believed that children learn best through play-based learning. To me, I believe that there are many various ways to approach that belief. Having prior experience to illustrating children’s books and managing my own sticker shop, I have discovered ways to bring enjoyment into the things I do in life. Being able to meet the needs of my clients and customers has enabled me to better understand the needs of a child. With the belief that learning can be enjoyable and interesting, I believe that I am able to harness the opportunity for the future generation to channel their inner creativity.
