As the regional manager for Edmonton and area I successfully expanded into a new operating region for Marksmen Vegetation. My primary focus included customer development and program design for the reduction of invasive and problematic vegetation on industrial right of ways and operating facilities.I was proud to develop ArcGIS services for Marksmen and implement that service for oil & gas tracking of noxious and invasive species including annual reports in conjunction our Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPM). In 2012 I took part in developing a saw fly monitoring program for spruce and jack pine which included GIS tracking and deterioration reports.Site assessments, pre-planting invasive species control, post-planting conifer release and annual maintenance requirements.During this time I was responsible for the development of a $1M brush control herbicide program in Northern Alberta that uses “low risk” herbicide as well as trial plots for Dow AgroScience. A majority of norther work included coordinating of reclamation requirements annually with various environmental consulting firms including Navus Environmental and Northshore Environmental.As a regional manager I was also tasked with projecting seasonal requirements, project scope and recommendations as well as identifying chemical opportunities for the project. Coordination of project objectives and reporting under Environment and Sustainable Resource Development (ESRD) legislative requirements, The Weed Act, and Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) requirements.

I worked closely with "Ultimate Recipient" organizations that delivered cultural programs for urban youth. As a PM2 I was responsible for overseeing payment transactions and cash flow statement reporting. I assisted in coordination of youth advisory councils for the direction of program funding decisions and worked closely with Doug Moran in the PCH office in Regina, SK.
