The Aviation Business College was setup to provide training to Aviation Managers and ground operation staff. Our nationally accredited programs were delivered by staff with over 25 years of aviation industry experience.

Ben worked for the ATO in an EL1 consultancy role with senior executives defining organisational issues and programs to resolve; succession planning, career planning advice; delivery of non-accredited workshops around project management, issue resolution, management development, and MBTI. Benn was responsible for the delivery of accredited and non-accredited delivery, career planning and induction programs. His major during role during this time was the development, implementation and ongoing management of the QPS Police Liaison Officer program. .Benn and his team were recognised in the 2004 Queensland Training Indigenous Training Awards.

Benn worked with the Corporate Services Agency and then Queensland Fisheries as an OD consultant. during this time Benn managed client projects including change management, learning and development reviews, management development programs, and staff development programs.

Benn utilised adult learning and community development principles to work with rural community groups in a variety of regions throughout Queensland to develop more effective and sustainable cropping systems. Benn setup farmer learning groups, participatory development programs, and organised and chaired the Australian peanut conference during this time. His focus was on the development of learning based cropping industries; helping farmers to share their knowledge and experience, whilst learning from each other across Australia and it's varied climates.
