    Launched the first DoubleClick Online Training exam certification across six products. Built an online assessment platform to measure learning comprehension and provide custom certificate to incentivize completion. Created working proof-of-concept for exam using Adobe Captivate and App Engine to store exam data that allowed the training team to launch a comprehensive measurement platform in a matter of weeks with virtually no development costs. Designed exam templates and wrote Python and Javascript code to store results in App Engine. This system enabled the training team to migrate off a third-party learning management system that was expensive, had security vulnerabilities, problems syncing with Google systems, and was inefficient to administer. Worked with developers to fork gLearn internal code base and create secure instance for external use on google.com domain. Proposed initial strategy, specked out user interface, hired contract developer in Hyderabad, worked with developers on custom features, tracked progress, and successfully launched the system internationally. To date, the system has enrolled over 8,000 registrants, saving 1 FTE in datafeed troubleshooting and trainer administration, as well as over $40,000 in contract savings.
