I am a passionate and committed attorney who has a variety of academic, professional and personal accomplishments, achievements and experiences in both the legal and business fields. I am fluent in Spanish and dedicate my legal practice in handling Personal Injury, Immigration, Family, Criminal, Divorce, Estates and general practice matters respectively. I am admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.During my college years at Rutgers University, I majored in Criminal Justice and Art History and enrolled in a variety of courses to help me fully understand how the system operates on a daily basis. Also during my college years, I worked closely alongside many investigators and attorneys at the Public Defender’s Office and at the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Civil Division’s Arbitration Department. I helped schedule court-mandated arbitrations and mediations and assisted many judges and attorneys at other Civil Division parts such as the Law Division and Chancery departments. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree, I decided to continue pursuing my passion for Criminal Justice and decided to acquire my Master’s degree in Criminal Justice at Rutgers University. Also during this time, I worked for a personal injury firm as a legal assistant helping attorneys strategize trial techniques and conducting extensive legal research.During my law school years, I was committed to learning as much as possible about the legal field. As such, I enrolled in a variety of courses to obtain a very well-rounded legal education. Throughout law school, I worked for various judges as their research assistant to better understand the juvenile justice system.Soon afterwards, I decided to finalize my education by obtaining my Master’s of Business Administration degree from Rutgers Business School. With my MBA degree, I am better able incorporate my business expertise and knowledge to significantly benefit my legal career, practice and most importantly, my clients.
