David was solely responsible for the look and feel of Fratello coffee, Espuccino Machines, & Valletta Syrups. Designing packaging, logos, and marketing materials. In addition David spent considerable time helping marketing Fratello and its associated brands.

Responsible for the look and feel of Bridge Brand food services. David also worked on design projects, trade shows, & marketing projects for the parent company Gordon Food Services.

Overseeing the recruitment and marketing programs for the college in 2000 & 2001. David Left his position in recruitment/marketing to pursue other interests. David continued on with the college until 2005 as his role in coaching the mens volleyball team. In 5 years of coaching at Ambrose, David was able to compete for the Provincial Championships twice, winning the ACAL championships in 2003.

While at Rocky David lead efforts to recruit new students to the school. During this time David Also coached the Women's Volleyball team, taking the team to the provincial (placing 2nd) championships in 1999.David left RMC after being offered a position at Nazarene University College.

David had spent 6 consecutive Summers working in various leadership positions at Green Bay Bible Camp. In 1997 David decided to stay on at Green Bay to complete his college internship. During his internship David also worked for Lakeview Baptist Church as a part time youth pastor/intern.
