Responsible for developing strong brand loyalty with the trade partners(travel agents) and Corporate clients ,with a focus on incremental revenue generation and additional guest numbers for the western and southern region sales. Other related areas of responsibility include functions like customer relationship management ,marketing functions working closely with the tourism bodies ,co-ordination with the airport team members,finance & accounting matters related to the travel agent community and corporate clientele of the airline .

Manage internal and external relationships for the client and support Key contacts with various vendors.Review SLA performance on a regular basis, resolve problems and ensure customer delight.Generating MIS for better control.Facilitate Smooth transition of Senior Management.Liasing with airline for tie up of Corporate Deals .
