I began my professional journey with the resolve to be an agent of social change. Now over 18 years of professional experience with renowned organizations (World Bank, USAID, AKF, WWF, Pakistan Business Council) in varied roles; field officer, researcher, trainer, project manager, program lead, founder of an NGO, Social Development Consultant, and entrepreneur I am proud that not only was I part of some profound projects, but played a pivotal role in their design, management, and execution. Though I feel invested in each and every assignment I get involved in however project design, process mapping, and value chain/supply chain excite me the most and it would not be wrong to say that these are my forte. Process mapping comes to me instinctively. As clients expound on a project, I am able to mentally and practically identify broader horizontal and vertical relationships, weak or missing links, and sometimes unrecognized but potentially impactful and good practices among stakeholders/processes.Years of experience and exposure in the development sector with great leaders and mentors, direct interaction with stakeholders at all levels, and the use of extensive and intensive research and management tools have trained me to approach a problem from a holistic point of view and focus more on addressing systemic constraints. With development now being increasingly integrated with responsible and sustainable business growth, transparent supply chains, and technological innovation it is the right time to learn and contribute my skills and services in the private sector in Project Management Consulting capacity.
