 Responsible for Software (School ERP and HRMS) Project Implementation(SaaS model). Which includes configuration of the software as per cients requirements and providing training to clients. Interfacing with the client at both pre-Launch and post-Launch stages Responsible for satisfactory query resolution and providing support via e-mail, telephone, personal visits etc. Acting as a SPOC for the customers.  Handling a team of 3 executives.  Providing feedback and direction to the internal teams for the evolution/ modifications in the services, based on customer inputs, specifications and feedback.. Maintaining proper documents in the above mentioned process. Creating documents like workflows, flowcharts etc. Part of PMO, and involved in Handling PMO activities including Multiple Project Monitoring and MIS Reporting, process improvement etc. Mentoring Account Managers within organization to ensure process adherence.

 Building relationship with the customers (leased circuit Internet, VPN clients, software services) by managing their concerns and queries. Responsible for Software( School and College ERP) Project Implementation.  Monitoring the Entire Operations of Customer Care Team. Responsible for systematic and satisfactory query resolution via e-mail and telephone.  Responsible for coordination required for implementation/activation of new Leased circuit, broadband Internet, VPN connections.

 Answering incoming calls from credit card holders of Household Bank from USA. Taking their payment details, answering their queries related to their credit card and upselling several offers/add ons.
