In this career journey as a corporate relations professional, I have acquired relations with over 1500 corporates globally for placements, MDPs, collaborative courses, student orientation programs, and industry-academia partnerships. My work includes • Interacting with industry officials to form and sustain healthy relationships to establish the institute as a preferred brand amongst the companies, recruiters, and students.• Organizing events and functions- Career Fairs, Career Presentations, Conclaves, Sessions by Industry experts, and Employer Visits.• Facilitating career-related workshops and presentations; providing one on one career counseling • Coordinating/Delivering employability skill training to make students employment-ready.• Arranging Internship opportunities for students in the industries for real-time exposure.• Analyzing students’ profiles and strategic job searches for the students.• Connecting job seekers to employers to meet their hiring needs..
