Retail Merchandiser with the skills of merchandise planning and sales strategies to upscale the sale performance of particular categories.Roles & Responsibilities:-• Ensuring timely stock allocation of new articles and keep a check of allocated merchandise. • Regularly review stock status and monitor timely replenishment from warehouse to stores. • Study the fast and slow moving articles and initiate replenishment. • Plan for new store merchandise and ensure stock availability in all stores for various sections of the stores and while keeping the cost of logistics in control. • Building depth of products at the stores. • Managing merchandise & plan stock refilling for EOSS for smooth sale. • Handling the inter store or inter state stock transfer to ensure the right product, at the right place, at the right time, in the quantities and at the right price. • Plan proper liquidation of ageing stock in various category. • Closely coordinate with the supply chain team and warehouse to push the inventory in & out. • Keeping tracks of purchase order received & its deliveries. • Coordinate with internal buying team for the deliveries of upcoming stock against the purchase orders. • Preparation of sales & stock reports on monthly & weekly basis. • Preparation of LTL (Like to Like) to compare business growth and that helps incorporating business plans. • Making & monitoring sell thru & MIS reports. • Provide FMS and SMS (Fast moving & Slow moving styles) analysis to the respective departments. • Working on OTB, pricing & markdown management. • Suggest appropriate actions like discounting & consolidating or promoting. • Monitor stock levels and make buy plans for seasonal buying within budget. • Provide off-sale plans, as on when required in order to upscale the sale. • Suggesting appropriate category mix, price mix and option mix to the buying team.

• Merchandise planning & inventory management of accessories on yearly, quarterly and on monthly basis • Maintain Stock Inventory Report. • Take follow up for deliveries against the monthly requirement of categories as per the planning.• Stock procurement against Export Order & make sure that stock ready to deliver on time • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. • Maintaining file of Progress report of All Categories. • Preparing accurate reports for analysis and presenting it to the concern Department. • Making follow-up calls to confirm stock delivery dates.
