Following a career in project management and communications, Seema Parmar actively pursued her passion for fitness and retrained as a spinning instructor in 2015. Over the past decade, she has worked across some of London’s top boutique fitness brands, such as Psycle, 1Rebel and Sweat It, and was previously an ambassador for Sweaty Betty activewear. After securing qualifications in personal training and yoga instruction, Seema founded her own business, Stronger with Seema. The fitness and wellness-coaching platform helps her clients become both physically and mentally stronger, and create sustainable new habits. She also did a short stint as the Head of Wellness at workspace company Fora, before she decided to go full-time at Until.Seema continues to teach classes alongside her role at Until, the home of independent and industry-leading health and wellness professionals, where she is one of the businesses co-founding team members. As Head of Memberships and Sales, Seema works with new talent across Until’s Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone sites, and continues to build Until into a fully holistic health and wellness destination where consumers can access a diverse range of services from elite industry experts, all under one roof.
