working with Workday for all Certification related assistance for all APAC Colleagues,additionally reporting and data analysis on Monthly basis.assisting colleagues with on-boarding and exit from Workday whenever there's a change required

•Provide leadership, direction & assistance for the assigned flights•Prepare work schedules to the cabin attendants and monitor that the in-flight activities go as per schedule•Responsible for disseminating information, process, procedure & policy to the cabin attendants•Manage inventory, purchases & stock aircraft supplies as required •Facilitate Pre-flight briefing•Carry out Pre-flight duties (checking the safety equipment’s, overseeing cleanliness, information in seta pockets up-to date, meals & stocks are on board)•Welcome passengers on board & assist with seating•Manage announcements in flight & assist passengers.•Monitoring In-flight refreshment / merchandise sales, re-conciliation of cash•Customer complaints management•Providing support for other staff members by answering questions about policies and procedures•Post flight briefing detailed reports pertaining to flights

•Achieve sales target set for the year on Import of Electronic & Export of Agro products•Import electronic goods based on domestic demand and market in domestic market•Export Agro products to various countries from India•Manage & develop existing customer relationship, build sales pipeline•Performance Analytics – Based on sales data

•Attend Pre-flight briefing•Carry out Pre-flight duties (checking the safety equipment’s, overseeing cleanliness, information in seta pockets up to date, Meals & stocks are on board)•Welcome passengers on board & assist with seating•Onboard meal & refreshment serving•First aid to passengers as necessary•Ensure passengers disembark safely at end of flight & checking no luggage left in overhead locks•Post flight briefing & reporting / paperwork
