Act as a lead person in daily office operations, oversee daily tasks of the practice ensuring problem resolutions of issues as they occur, act as point person to train new staff and old staff of ongoing changes, assist with patient complaints, responsible for coordinating coverage to ensure that the office is adequately staffed and running effectively

Manage Botox clinic: obtain prior authorizations from insurances, enroll patients with specialty pharmacies, arrange for medication delivery in timely manner, and maintain an organized Botox schedule.

Memory Disorders - support a group of upto 20 providers, assist with obtaining brain donations for research purposes, process reimbursements to funeral homes, maintain a day-to-day work environment while serving as a supervisor to the team

Sleep Disorders - support and assist 5 providers within the practice, review new patient referrals and schedule as appropriate, arrange for various tests, maintain a full schedule for overnight sleep lab 7 nights/week

Pharmacy Certified Tech - filled and processed prescriptions, provide customer service to a large volume of patrons and staff, resolved insurance issues, achieved recognizing in specialty sales
