I am a development professional with extensive experience in studies and research, grassroots-level implementation and project management. Currently, I lead Learning, Measurement, and Evaluation team, (formerly known as the Research and Studies team) Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.Previously, I spent four years at BASIX Consulting and Technology Services Limited (BCTS), focusing on business development, proposal development, knowledge management, quality process management (ISO 9001:2015), and communications.My work spans across various domains including Natural Resource Management, formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Village institutions, reporting, documentation, and studies. I also have expertise in Sustainable Agriculture Practices and promoting livelihoods through initiatives like Crop Water Budgeting. This experience was gained primarily in Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh) and Kolar (Karnataka) with the Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), an NGO dedicated to ecological restoration in degraded areas, alongside local communities to ensure sustainable livelihoods.I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management (PGDDM) from Tata Dhan Academy, Madurai, and a Masters in Arts (Economics) from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU).
