SOURCING• Analysis of Manpower Requirement.• Sourcing of CV’s from various job portals viz. Siva and Naukri.• Initial screening of the CV’s selected from Siva and Naukri.• Taking HR Round Interview & Salary negotiation• Sharing the suitable CV’s with Line Managers.• Preparing offer and appointment letters.• Creating a pipeline of pre-screened and line shortlisted CV’s for future requirements.• Maintaining backup resumes for respective LM/Requirements. CO-ORDINATION• Co-ordination with candidates for Pre-Employment Medical Test, • Co-ordination with candidates for pending Documents if any.• Co-ordination for Interviews with Line Managers. • Co-ordination with Line Managers and having rigorous follow ups for status of sent profiles.• Handle consultant and candidate queries on candidate status, interview schedule, status on offer etc.• Responsible for complete joining formalities of new employees.OTHER ACTIVITIES:• Assigning requirements to the consultants and co-ordinating with them.• Job posting.• Conducting interview drives.• MIS Maintenance (Maintaining daily updates, updating the database).
