As a co-founder and COO of AstroWix Corporation, I revolutionized the industry by establishing a boutique firm specializing in Project, Program and Portfolio (PPM) services in 1999. Our exceptional client portfolio includes names such as Aerojet Corporation, California Casualty, and Stanford University. In 2001, I led our company to expand to India, creating a complete ecosystem for project management education, consulting, and product roll-out in response to the growing market.Under my leadership, AstroWix provided transformational services across the APAC region with a team of over 350 employees. In my role as an Accounting and HR Manager for a small firm, I was responsible for overseeing both the financial and human resources functions of the business. As an Accounting Manager, I maintained accurate financial records, prepared taxes, monitored accounts payable and receivable, conducted audits, managed cash flow, and generated financial reports. As an HR Manager, I managed the recruitment and selection process, handled onboarding and offboarding of employees, developed HR policies and procedures, managed employee benefits, and resolved conflicts and grievances. My contributions were crucial to the success of the small firm, as I ensured the smooth operation of both the financial and human resources aspects of the business.

As the Cash and Credit Manager for a small staffing company, my primary responsibility was to manage the company's cash flow and credit risk. This involved monitoring and forecasting cash flows, managing accounts payable and receivable, assessing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and overseeing collections. I also prepared financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial health, ensured compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, and managed relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
