Sales Management- Develop, build and manage a sales pipeline for the annual Singapore Yacht Show exhibition, conference and gala dinner- Train and manage a sales team toward hitting the revenue targetsClient & Partnership Management- Conceptualise and organise bespoke events and campaigns that meet clients' specific objectives- Customise digital campaigns - Forge industry partnerships and collaborations Marketing- Develop a social media strategy and campaign for the Singapore Yacht Show 2019- Scheduling organic and paid posts and ads to drive engagement and CTA- Content creation on the Show's social accounts inclusive of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TwitterOperations- Work on soliciting value-in-kind (VIK) partners for food & beverage, event favours, venue, accommodation, transport etc to bring down the operational costs of the event
