Job Summary• Handling Mutual fund distribution for retail segment of ICICIdirect• Driving sales team for mutual fund mobilization• Identifying schemes to be sourced and preparing a focused list of funds• Co-ordinating with AMCs on various initiatives and drives• Identify opportunities of increasing mobilization in investment products through client activation, penetration and retention initiatives• Building operational capabilities for sales team

• Handle the postpaid product for Rest of Bengal Circle• Launch acquisition programs at regular intervals. Modify & design processes to make them trade friendly• Ensure adequate supply of visibility elements; work with brand team to develop innovative and high visibility elements.• Achieve Gross Add target for Postpaid as per Budget/Month Forecasts• Ensuring that sales team is driven to meet the assigned targets by launching regular reward and recognitions on monthly as well as quarterly basis.• Aligning the existing customers to the best Fit plan and increasing their productivity• Coordination with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service and Sales team for smooth and timely launch of new products and processes• Provide timely reports and analysis pertaining to quality of acquisitions

• Handling Fixed Deposit and Bond Portfolio• Development of Online Platform for distribution of FD and public issue of Bond and IPO• Responsible for all customer facing initiatives including alliances, partner tie-ups, customer communication, marketing collaterals• Market scanning to identify products to distribute• Defining processes and coordinating with external and internal teams for smooth roll-out of products• Equipping sales teams with training and knowledge building

• Business development for the Region in Offline products like MF, FD, PMS, PE etc• Revenue generation through Mutual funds, Fixed Deposit & Wealth products• Accompanying the sales team during HNI Client visits to ensure deal closures• Providing regular product training to the team & updating them on the new Initiatives and Changes• Liaising with the AMC’s for all the support & Issues

● Relationship Management with Banking RMs, National Distributors & Key IFA’s● Empanelment of New Distributors● Initiating local level contests● Giving Product Presentations● Coordinating with the distributors & the various bank branches● Resolving of Complaints & Queries● Giving training to new marketing personnel towards product awareness of Mutual Funds.
